Read this specification sheet before connecting site utilities or placing the TANK BOX into service. Electrical, plumbing, and wastewater work should be performed by appropriately qualified personnel in accordance with applicable local codes.
Place the unit on a stable, adequately supported surface with clear access to the dedicated service connection side, the personnel entrance door, and the mechanical/tank compartment for fill, drain, and service functions.
Disconnect shore power before servicing electrical components. When a non-potable water source is used, clearly identify the supplied water as non-potable at or near all served fixtures per local requirements.
The TANK BOX is built on a 20-foot combined fresh-water and wastewater management platform, designed to support modular offices, jobsite trailers, workforce housing, restrooms, and remote facilities where permanent utility hookups are unavailable.
Fresh water is stored in a dedicated vertical tank and delivered through a booster pump, completely separated from the wastewater system with no intentional cross-connection.
When a non-potable water source is used, the customer/site operator is responsible for clearly identifying the supplied water as non-potable at or near all fixtures served by the TANK BOX and for complying with applicable local requirements.
Wastewater flows from the exterior waste inlet through a sewage pumping system into a dedicated holding tank, with a high-level alarm and a pump-out valve for servicing.
The Saniflo SaniCUBIC 2 is the current standard sewage pumping system for new-production TANK BOX units. Previous units may be equipped with a Liberty Pumps sewage pumping system. Verify the installed equipment before servicing or replacing components.
The TANK BOX runs on a single-phase 50A shore-power service feeding a dedicated load center, with cord-and-plug connected pumps and factory-installed lighting.
Space heaters and a powered exhaust fan protect the insulated tank/mechanical compartment from cold-weather damage during jobsite operation.
Reference schedule of manufacturers, series, and part or model numbers for the major components installed in current-production TANK BOX units.
Tank Box configurations and production components may be revised over time. Site utility installation, fixture labeling, final connections, wastewater handling and electrical installation must comply with governing local requirements. Verify installed equipment before service or replacement.
Reference photos in the source spec sheet are from a previous production build. Current new-production units use the Saniflo SaniCUBIC 2 sewage pumping system; legacy Liberty pump/basin equipment may appear in older-build photos. Verify installed equipment before service or replacement.

Photo callouts are for component and location reference only. Always verify the installed equipment and current production configuration on the specific unit before performing service or replacing components.
